FitShop delivers orders throughout Georgia. Deliveries in both Tbilisi and the regions are carried out by partner courier companies via the Quickshipper.ge platform.
The delivery fee is not included in the product price and is shown separately at checkout once you enter your address. You pay exactly the amount shown there.
The fee depends on the delivery zone (Tbilisi or the regions) and on the order total; above a set order total, delivery is free.
The amount left until free delivery is shown in your cart and at checkout.
Orders are delivered within 1–2 working days in Tbilisi and 4–6 days in the regions. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays established by Georgian law are not working days.
Delivery times are estimates, not a firm commitment by FitShop: the actual delivery time depends on the courier company, the delivery address and other objective circumstances.
Please provide an accurate address and contact phone number when ordering. If delivery fails because of incorrect or incomplete details, or because we could not reach you, you will need to cover the cost of redelivery.
When you receive your order, check that the packaging is intact. If it is damaged, record this with the courier and notify us immediately, within 2 working days at the latest, at info@fitshop.ge or +995 32 2 07 72 00.
Payment is made online by bank card only, through the secure payment page of a bank or licensed payment provider. Cash on delivery is not available.
