so good! Omega 3-6-9 is an FA Nutrition supplement for adults based on flaxseed oil, so its omega-3 comes from a plant oil rather than fish oil. According to the label, the 1000 mg of flaxseed oil in each capsule includes 515 mg of alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3), 160 mg of linoleic acid (omega-6) and 211 mg of oleic acid (omega-9). The capsule shell is made of gelatin, glycerol and water, so it is not suitable for vegetarians. The pack holds 60 capsules (79.2 g). It is made in Poland by Fitness Authority.
Take two capsules a day, one in the morning and one in the evening, with water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. A food supplement does not replace a varied diet; use it as part of a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not for children. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. If you take any medication, talk to your doctor before use. Keep out of reach of young children.
Flaxseed oil (51.5% alpha-linolenic acid, 16% linoleic acid, 21.1% oleic acid), capsule shell [gelatin, humectant (glycerol), water].
Store in a dry place at room temperature (15-25 °C), protected from light. Do not freeze. The best-before date and batch number are on the bottom of the pack.
