Multivitamin Women's is QNT's vegan vitamin and mineral formula for women. Each capsule provides vitamins A, D3, E and C and the B vitamins, along with iron, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, chromium and iodine. The formula adds 20 mg of wild yam tuber extract (Dioscorea villosa). QNT says it contains more iron than its men's formula, at 28 mg per capsule. A capsule also has 15 mg of zinc and 7.5 µg of vitamin D3. The bottle holds 60 vegan capsules, which QNT says last 60 days.
Take 1 capsule a day with a meal, ideally lunch, with a large glass of water.
