In this supplement NOW Foods pairs coenzyme Q10 with hawthorn berry (Crataegus laevigata and/or monogyna). Each vegetarian capsule holds 100 mg of coenzyme Q10 and 400 mg of hawthorn fruit. According to the label, NOW Foods' CoQ10 is pharmaceutical grade and contains only the all-trans form, produced by fermentation. There are no other ingredients apart from the cellulose capsule.
