The vitamin D3 in this supplement is cholecalciferol sourced from lanolin. Each softgel provides 250 mcg, or 10,000 IU, of vitamin D, which is 1250% of the daily value. The vitamin comes in extra virgin olive oil and safflower oil. The softgel shell is bovine gelatin, so the product is not suitable for vegetarians. It is non-GMO, kosher (contains gelatin) and halal. The bottle holds 30 softgels.
Take 1 softgel every 3 days with a meal that contains fat, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
