Osavi B-complex is a food supplement from the Vital line in hard vegan capsules. Each capsule contains 8 B vitamins plus choline (VitaCholine™) and inositol. A capsule holds 25 mg each of thiamin, riboflavin and niacin, 50 mg of pantothenic acid and 10 mg of vitamin B6. Folic acid comes to 200 µg (100% of the reference intake), and vitamin B12 and biotin to 100 µg each. Choline and inositol are 25 mg each. The label says vitamins B1, B3, B6, B7 and B12 contribute to normal psychological function, the functioning of the nervous system and energy-yielding metabolism. The capsule shell is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, and the formula also contains inulin. Osavi says the product is vegan and vegetarian and free from gluten, lactose and soy. The bottle holds 60 capsules.
