This Osavi food supplement pairs magnesium citrate with vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (P-5-P). The capsule shell is plant-based (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). Three capsules provide 375 mg of magnesium, 100% of the reference intake, and 4.2 mg of vitamin B6 (300%). According to the label, it is free from sugar, gluten, lactose, soy and GMOs.
