Ice Creatine is a flavoured creatine monohydrate from FA Nutrition. A 5 g serving holds 4 g of creatine monohydrate, which is 3.5 g of creatine. It is sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame K, and the 300 g tub holds 60 servings. The label states that creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise, and that the effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. It is made in Poland by Fitness Authority. The product is sold by weight, not volume.
Shake the pack well before use. Mix 1 scoop (5 g) with 150 ml of water and drink it before training. The scoop makes portioning easier but is not precise, so it is better to weigh the powder.
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. You may notice some weight gain after taking it. A food supplement does not replace a varied diet; use it as part of a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not for children. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of young children.
Creatine monohydrate, acids (E330, E296), salt, flavourings, anti-caking agent (E551), red beet juice concentrate, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K).
