Thyroburn 2.0 Next Generation is a tablet food supplement for adults from FA Nutrition. Each tablet holds a 553 mg plant extract complex: 62.5 mg each of green tea leaf extract (50% EGCG) and green coffee bean extract, 50 mg each of ashwagandha, bacopa, lion's mane, ginger and guarana extracts, plus ginkgo, cinnamon, nettle root, sweet orange, cayenne pepper and black pepper. The complex comes with 55 mg of anhydrous caffeine, so together with the guarana a tablet has 66 mg of caffeine in total. Each tablet also gives you 25 mg each of L-carnitine, choline bitartrate and L-tyrosine, along with niacin, vitamin B6 and chromium picolinate. The label states that vitamin B6 and niacin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and chromium to normal macronutrient metabolism. The pack holds 90 tablets (144 g). It is made in Poland by Fitness Authority.
Take 1 tablet three times a day with water.
Contains caffeine, 66 mg per tablet and 198 mg per daily dose (3 tablets). Not for anyone under 18 or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not take more than 400 mg of caffeine a day from all sources. Do not take with alcohol or on an empty stomach. Do not take 800 mg or more of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) a day, and do not use it on a day when you take other products containing green tea. If you take any medication, talk to your doctor before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement does not replace a varied diet; use it as part of a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
