AminoCuts (the tub says ACUTS) is an AllMax energy drink powder built on amino acids. Each 7 g scoop has 127 mg of natural caffeine from green coffee beans and just 10 kcal. The same scoop gives you 2 g of taurine, 500 mg of L-carnitine L-tartrate and 725 mg of BCAAs, with leucine, valine and isoleucine in a 9:6:5 ratio. The formula adds alanine, glycine, lysine, glutamine, phenylalanine, histidine, threonine and 125 mg of green coffee extract. Sucralose and acesulfame potassium sweeten the drink, and AllMax says it contains no sugar and no dyes. The 210 g tub holds 30 servings.
Mix 1 scoop with 180-240 ml of cold water in a shaker or glass until dissolved. Drink it 15-30 minutes before training, during your workout or at any time of day. Adjust the amount to your tolerance, up to 2 scoops per serving when you need more energy.
Use as part of a balanced diet and a regular exercise programme. Do not exceed the recommended daily caffeine intake. Talk to a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under 18. If you are sensitive to caffeine, start with half a scoop.
