Lipo-6 Nighttime is a Nutrex Research capsule taken before bed. No caffeine is listed among its ingredients. Each capsule provides 10 mg of vitamin B6, 100 mcg of selenium (as selenomethionine), 200 mcg of chromium (as chromium picolinate) and a 552 mg night-time complex. The complex contains EGCG from green tea leaf extract, raspberry ketones, L-theanine, Coleus forskohlii root extract (20% forskolin), rutaecarpine (Evodia rutaecarpa), saffron stigma extract (2% safranal), 5-HTP and melatonin. The label does not give their individual amounts. The capsules are made from plant material with no animal products. The bottle holds 30 capsules.
Take 1 capsule 30-45 minutes before bedtime. For best results, take it daily.
