Good Night is a bedtime tablet for adults from FA Nutrition's Wellness line. Each tablet contains 1 mg of melatonin. The melatonin comes with 250 mg of GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), 250 mg of choline bitartrate, 100 mg of ashwagandha root extract, 100 mg of L-tryptophan and 25 mg of L-tyrosine. Each tablet also provides 65 mg of magnesium, 5 mg of zinc, niacin and vitamin B6. The label states that melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, with the effect obtained by taking 1 mg close to bedtime. The pack holds 90 tablets (153 g). It is made in Poland by Fitness Authority.
Take 1 tablet a day before bedtime, with water.

Store in a dry place at room temperature (15-25 °C), protected from light. Do not freeze. The best-before date and batch number are on the bottom of the pack.
