Somnapure is Force Factor's evening supplement in tablet form. A two-tablet serving provides 3 mg of melatonin with botanical extracts: 500 mg of valerian root, 300 mg of lemon balm leaf, 120 mg of hops and 50 mg each of chamomile and passion flower. The serving also has 200 mg of L-theanine. The same serving supplies 92 mg of calcium as dicalcium phosphate. The bottle holds 30 tablets, or 15 servings.
Take 2 tablets 30-60 minutes before bed.
