A single-serve carbohydrate gel for athletes in a 55 ml sachet. It combines three carbohydrates: glucose, isomaltulose and fructose. Each sachet has 35 g of carbohydrate and 140 kcal, plus 30 mg of caffeine, 50 mg of guarana and vitamin B12.
Take 1 sachet about 10-15 minutes before you start exercising. During long sessions repeat every 45-60 minutes, depending on the intensity and your needs. Drink plenty of fluids with the gel.
Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people sensitive to caffeine. If you have a health condition, talk to your doctor before use. Do not take more than 3 sachets a day. A food supplement does not replace a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
