Creatine monohydrate from QNT in tablet form. Three tablets provide 3000 mg, or 3 g, of creatine monohydrate, so each tablet carries about 1000 mg. The label states that creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise, and that the effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g. The pack holds 200 tablets. The tablets also contain bulking agents, maltodextrin and glazing agents.
Take 3 tablets a day, ideally before training.
