C-1000 Zinc D3 from NOW Foods brings vitamin C, vitamin D3 and zinc together in one capsule. The vitamin C comes as ascorbic acid (1000 mg) and the vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol (50 mcg, or 2000 IU). The D3 is made from lanolin, so the product is not vegan. Each capsule's 15 mg of zinc comes from 75 mg of Albion zinc bisglycinate. The bottle holds 100 capsules.
Take 1 capsule a day with a meal that contains fat.
