Magnesium Citrate Softgels from NOW Foods deliver magnesium in a liquid base. The softgel shell is bovine gelatin, so the product is not vegetarian. Three softgels provide 400 mg of elemental magnesium from a blend of magnesium citrate, glycinate, malate and oxide. A serving has 20 kcal and 2 g of fat. The softgels are kosher, halal and non-GMO. The bottle holds 90 softgels, or 30 servings.
Take 3 softgels a day with food, preferably split into separate doses.
