In this NOW Foods supplement the magnesium comes as magnesium bisglycinate, an Albion chelate in which magnesium is bound to the amino acid glycine. Two capsules contain 200 mg of elemental magnesium and 2.5 mg of BioPerine, a black pepper fruit extract standardised to at least 96% piperine and a Sabinsa trademark. The bottle holds 180 capsules, or 90 servings. The product is vegetarian, vegan and non-GMO.
Take 2 capsules once or twice a day with food.
