The vitamin D3 in this supplement is cholecalciferol sourced from lanolin. Each softgel provides 25 mcg, or 1000 IU, of vitamin D, which is 125% of the daily value. The vitamin comes in extra virgin olive oil and safflower oil. The softgel shell is bovine gelatin, so the product is not suitable for vegetarians. It is non-GMO, kosher (contains gelatin) and halal. The bottle holds 360 softgels.
Take 1 softgel a day with a meal.
