The zinc in this supplement comes as zinc picolinate, a form bound to picolinic acid. Each veg capsule holds 271 mg of zinc picolinate, which provides 50 mg of elemental zinc, or 455% of the daily value. The capsule shell is cellulose (hypromellose), and the filling also contains rice flour and vegetable-source stearic acid. The product is vegetarian and vegan, non-GMO, kosher and halal. The bottle holds 30 capsules.
Take 1 capsule a day with a meal.
