Zinc + Copper is an Osavi food supplement in hard vegan capsules. The zinc comes as OptiZinc, a zinc mono-L-methionine sulphate chelate, and the copper as copper citrate. One capsule provides 15 mg of zinc, 150% of the reference intake, and 1 mg of copper, 100% of the reference intake. The capsule shell is plant-based (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), and the formula also contains inulin and natural vanilla flavouring. The bottle holds 60 capsules, net weight 18.6 g. Osavi is a Polish brand, and the supplement is made in the EU.
Take 1 capsule a day with a meal or immediately after. Swallow it with water.
