Omega 3-6-9 is an Osavi food supplement with cold-pressed, unrefined flaxseed (Linum usitatissimum) oil standardised for its essential fatty acids. Each capsule holds up to 1000 mg of oil, with at least 500 mg of alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3), at least 110 mg of linoleic acid (omega-6) and at least 110 mg of oleic acid (omega-9). The capsule shell is made of bovine gelatin, so the product is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians. Osavi says it is free from gluten, sugar, lactose, soy and GMOs. The bottle holds 60 softgels. Osavi is a Polish brand, and the supplement is made in the EU.
Take 1 softgel a day, during or after a meal. Swallow it with water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of young children.
