Ice Glutamine is a flavoured L-glutamine from FA Nutrition for athletes and physically active people. A 5 g serving holds 4 g of L-glutamine, and the 300 g tub holds 60 servings. It is sweetened with acesulfame K and sucralose and coloured with E163. It is made in Poland by Fitness Authority. The product is sold by weight, not volume.
Shake the pack well before use. Mix 1 scoop (5 g) with 150 ml of water. Drink 1 serving straight after training. The scoop makes portioning easier but is not precise, so it is better to weigh the powder.
