Apart from L-glutamine, the only ingredients are gelatin and magnesium stearate. Gelatin is animal-derived, so the capsules are not suitable for vegetarians. The bottle holds 240 capsules, or 120 servings.
Take 2 capsules (1 g).

Optimum Nutrition began in Illinois in 1986, when the brothers Tony and Mike Costello founded it. Since 2008 it has been part of the Glanbia global nutrition group. The brand says it manufactures in-house and controls every step from choosing ingredients to packaging, testing every batch and rejecting anything that falls short of its strict standards.
