Glutamine Pure is a single-ingredient powder from Nutrex. The label lists nothing but L-glutamine. Each 5 g scoop holds 5 g of L-glutamine. Because it is unflavoured, you can mix it into water, a protein shake or another drink. The 300 g tub holds 60 servings.
Take 1-2 servings a day with 180-240 ml of water or any drink you like. It is best taken in the morning and before bed. On training days, take 1 serving right after your workout.
