Creamy Core has a creamy caramel centre wrapped in a soft protein layer. The bar is coated in milk chocolate with crispy pieces, and the wrapper gives the milk chocolate share as 33%. A 45 g bar gives you 12 g of protein and 179 kcal. The protein comes from milk protein (calcium caseinate and whey protein isolate), collagen hydrolysate and pea protein. No sugar is added; maltitol and sucralose sweeten the bar, which keeps sugars at 1.4 g. The recipe also includes wheat flour and rice flour. Maxi Nutrition says the bar is made without palm oil, artificial colours or flavourings.
