According to the wrapper, Creamy Core has a pistachio cream centre (18%), a white chocolate coating (33%) and soy crispies. The bar contains 7% pistachios. A 45 g bar gives you 16 g of protein and 193 kcal, and 100 g has 35 g of protein. The protein comes from milk protein (calcium caseinate, whey protein isolate and whey protein), collagen hydrolysate and soy protein isolate. No sugar is added; maltitol and sucralose sweeten the bar, which keeps sugars at 1.6 g. Maxi Nutrition says the bar is made without palm oil, artificial colours or flavourings.
