This bar brings protein and creatine monohydrate together. A soft brownie-flavoured protein layer with soy crispies is coated in milk chocolate. A 40 g bar has 14 g of protein, 3.5 g of creatine and 128 kcal. Maxi Nutrition says it uses Creapure creatine. The protein comes from calcium caseinate, whey protein isolate, collagen hydrolysate and soy protein isolate. No sugar is added; maltitol and sucralose sweeten the bar, which keeps sugars at 1.0 g. Maxi Nutrition says the bar is made without artificial colours or flavourings.
Eat it after training, before training as a snack, or between meals.
