Hydration Tabs are effervescent tablets that turn plain water into a lightly sparkling electrolyte drink, here with a tangy lemon and lime taste. The 40 g tube holds 10 tablets of 4 g each. Dissolved in 500 ml of water, one tablet gives you 260 mg of sodium, 100 mg of potassium, 80 mg of calcium and 56 mg of magnesium, with 8 kcal and 0 g of sugars. Natural flavourings and lemon and lime juice concentrates provide the taste, and sucralose sweetens it. Maxi Nutrition offers the tablets for sweaty training sessions and active days. The brand says they are vegan and free from artificial colours and flavourings.
Dissolve 1 tablet (4 g) in 500 ml of ice-cold water and drink it during training or straight after.
