MaxHydrate+ Strength is a Maxi Nutrition carbohydrate-electrolyte drink powder with added creatine monohydrate, here in exotic fruit flavour. The box holds 8 sticks of 20 g each. Each serving provides 3.4 g of creatine monohydrate (Creapure, the brand says), or 3.0 g of creatine. It also has 55 kcal, 11 g of carbohydrate, 500 mg of sodium, 474 mg of chloride, 370 mg of potassium and 125 mg of magnesium, while vitamin C, niacin, pantothenic acid and vitamin B12 each cover 100% of the reference intake. Dextrose, sugar and steviol glycosides sweeten it. Maxi Nutrition aims the drink at strength and high-intensity training. The brand says it is gluten-free and vegan.
Add one stick (20 g) to 500 ml of cold still water and shake hard for 4-5 seconds or stir well. Take it once a day, before strength training or after an intense session.
