NOW Foods melatonin comes as a sustained-release tablet to take at bedtime. According to the brand, the tablet releases its contents gradually over about four hours instead of all at once. Each tablet contains 5 mg of melatonin, along with microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, vegetable-source stearic acid and silicon dioxide. The bottle holds 120 tablets. For adults only, at bedtime. Not for pregnant or breastfeeding women. May cause drowsiness. Do not use with alcoholic drinks, when driving or while operating machinery.
