NAC, or N-acetyl cysteine, is a stable form of the amino acid cysteine. In this NOW Foods formula each capsule holds 600 mg of NAC and 25 mcg of selenium. The selenium comes as L-selenomethionine and covers 45% of the daily value. The capsule shell is cellulose (hypromellose), and the filling also contains stearic acid, citric acid and microcrystalline cellulose. The product is non-GMO, kosher and halal. The bottle holds 100 capsules.
Take 1 capsule twice a day.
