NOW Foods Omega-3 is a molecularly distilled fish oil concentrate from anchovies, sardines and tuna. A two-softgel serving provides 2 g of concentrate, 360 mg of EPA, 240 mg of DHA and 20 kcal. NOW Foods says the oil is tested for contaminants, including PCBs, dioxins, mercury and other heavy metals. The company is a member of GOED, the omega-3 organisation. The softgel shell is bovine gelatin, so the product is not suitable for vegetarians. It is non-GMO, kosher (contains gelatin) and halal. The bottle holds 30 softgels.
