Liquid Carnitine 3000 (printed on the bottle as L-Carnitine 3000) is a liquid supplement from Nutrex Research in a 465 ml bottle, here in Berry Blast flavour. A serving is one tablespoon, or 15 ml. Each serving provides 3000 mg of L-carnitine and 10 mg of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5, as D-calcium pantothenate), 200% of the daily value for that vitamin. It is sweetened with sucralose and preserved with potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate. The bottle holds 31 servings.
Shake well before opening. Take 1 serving (15 ml) at any time of day between meals. On training days, take 1 serving 30 minutes before exercise.
