BCAA 8500 Instant Powder is a water-soluble QNT powder of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) in orange flavour. Each 5 g scoop holds 2.29 g of L-leucine and 1.15 g each of L-isoleucine and L-valine, a 2:1:1 ratio, with practically no fat or sugar and 0.5 kcal per serving. It contains sweeteners, and its orange taste comes from flavouring and orange powder. The tub holds 350 g of powder.
Mix 5 g (1 scoop) into 150 ml of water and drink it before and after exercise.
