HMB 1000 is a Nutrex Research capsule supplement. It supplies HMB (beta-hydroxy beta-methylbutyrate) as its calcium salt. A two-capsule serving holds 1000 mg of calcium HMB, which also provides 135 mg of calcium (10% of the daily value). The capsules are made from plant material with no animal products. The bottle holds 120 capsules, or 60 servings.
Take 2 capsules three times a day. On training days, take 2 of them about 1 hour before your workout. For best results, be consistent and use daily.
