R1 Active BCAA is a flavoured amino acid powder from Rule 1 that adds glutamine, citrulline, taurine and electrolytes to its BCAAs. Each 13 g scoop has 5 g of BCAAs (2.5 g of L-leucine and 1.25 g each of L-valine and L-isoleucine), 1.5 g of L-glutamine, 1 g each of L-citrulline and taurine, a 350 mg electrolyte blend of sodium chloride, potassium chloride and magnesium oxide, and 350 mg of raw coconut water powder. A scoop has 40 kcal and 1 g of carbohydrate. It is artificially flavoured and coloured blue. Rule 1 says the product is tested for banned substances under the Informed Choice programme. The 390 g tub holds 30 servings.
Mix 1 scoop with 300-350 ml of cold water. Drink it during or after your workout.
