R1 BCAA is a straightforward branched-chain amino acid drink mix from Rule 1's Foundation Series, which the brand offers for use alongside its other products. An 8 g scoop holds 2.5 g of L-leucine and 1.25 g each of L-isoleucine and L-valine, which adds up to 5 g of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio. A scoop has 25 kcal and 1 g of carbohydrate. The fruit punch flavour is artificial. Sucralose and acesulfame potassium sweeten the powder, and FD&C Red #40 colours it. The 240 g tub holds 30 servings.
