NAC, or N-acetyl cysteine, is a stable form of the amino acid cysteine. Each film-coated NOW Foods tablet holds 1000 mg of it, which is 1 g. The tablet coating is made from plant-based ingredients, including hypromellose and sunflower lecithin. The product is vegetarian and vegan, kosher, halal and non-GMO. The bottle holds 120 tablets.
Take 1 tablet 1 to 3 times a day.
