Glutamine is a single-ingredient supplement from the Czech brand Nutrend. The label lists nothing but L-glutamine. It is an instant powder with no flavour and no sugar. A dose is 5 g, about one level scoop, and provides 5000 mg of L-glutamine. The powder comes in a 300 g pack.
On training days, take 5 g after training, and another 5 g in the evening before bed if you like. On rest days you can take a break or keep taking 5 g twice a day, with the last dose in the evening before bed. Measure out the amount and stir it into a sports drink.
Not intended for children or for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children.
