R1 Energized Amino is a flavoured amino acid powder from Rule 1 that also contains caffeine, so you can drink it before or during training. Each 9 g scoop has 120 mg of caffeine from tea leaf and green coffee bean extracts and just 25 kcal. A scoop also gives you 1 g of L-leucine, 1 g of taurine, 800 mg of beta-alanine, 750 mg of L-citrulline and 500 mg each of L-isoleucine, L-valine and L-glutamine, plus L-lysine, L-threonine and L-phenylalanine. Rule 1 says the product is tested for banned substances under the Informed Choice programme. The 270 g tub holds 30 servings.
