R1 Lytes is an electrolyte drink powder from Rule 1, meant to be sipped during workouts. Each 6 g scoop gives you 200 mg of sodium, 220 mg of potassium, 450 mg of chloride, 60 mg of calcium and 35 mg of magnesium, from a 1.15 g electrolyte blend of Himalayan sea salt, potassium chloride, calcium citrate, magnesium oxide and sodium citrate. The same scoop has 90 mg of vitamin C, 1 g of citrulline malate (2:1), 1 g of taurine, 525 mg of coconut water powder and 55 mg of watermelon powder, all for 20 kcal. It is artificially flavoured, sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame potassium and coloured with FD&C Blue #1. Rule 1 says the product is tested for banned substances under the Informed Choice programme. The 240 g tub holds 40 servings.
Mix 1 scoop with 240-350 ml of cold water and drink it during your workout.
