Extreme Instant BCAA from the German brand Body Attack is an instant powder of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) with vitamin B6, in orange flavour. Soy lecithin is added as an emulsifier to help it mix, and it is sweetened with acesulfame K and sucralose. A 13 g serving provides 10 g of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio, that is 5000 mg of L-leucine, 2500 mg of L-isoleucine and 2500 mg of L-valine. The same serving gives you 3.5 mg of vitamin B6, 250% of the daily reference intake, and just 39 kcal. Body Attack offers it for both training days and rest days. It is made in Germany.
On training days, mix 13 g (1 heaped scoop) with 350 ml of cold water and drink it before, during or after training. On rest days, take one serving in the morning after getting up. For better solubility, shake for 30 seconds in a shaker.
A food supplement does not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Contains sweeteners. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
