Each 700 ml bottle contains 4000 mg of L-leucine, 2000 mg of L-isoleucine and 2000 mg of L-valine, a 2:1:1 BCAA ratio. A bottle has 32 kcal and 7 g of protein. It contains 0.5% cranberry juice from concentrate and is sweetened with E955. The sports cap makes it easy to carry.
Drink 1 bottle a day, during or after training. Do not exceed this amount.
